"I am NOT happy. This was the second time in 3 weeks that my furnace has stopped working. Both times, I have had to turn my oven on overnight to keep the place warm enough to inhabit. I pay rent for an apartment that has (or should have), a working furnace. I also pay rent to have that furnace repaired properly when it stops working. The first time this happened, it was not repaired properly, leading to this second, most recent time. That, coupled with the extra expense of having to use my electric oven for heat, should be enough to convince Redwood to compensate me in some way. I await your reply."
"Needs newer appliances for the price you pay . #84 is rude and drives too fast through the site along with many others here . People should slow down there's kids and people walking their dogs . They worry more about outside appearance than updating the inside. Needs better sound proofing. Cold most of the time with downdraft vents ."
