"In my honest opinion, I’m not that thrilled with Fuller. The apartments are beautiful at a glance, but that’s it. We’ve only been here 6 months, as long as the apartments have been built mind you, and the place feels like it’s falling apart with normal usage. The materials they used are super cheap and the walls scuff so easily. I am not excited to move because I can already sense we won’t be getting a deposit back. On top of everything else, we already have a bad taste in our mouth from the time of move in due some of the staff and lack of ease in the application/move in process. Wouldn’t recommend."
"I am currently a resident and the walls are super thin/cheap. We can hear everything from the upstairs neighbor and neighbors beside us. Huge disturbance to us and our dogs. We pay way too much in rent for this kind of issue."
"I'm about to move next week and immediately I encountered the problem. The address there is not registered with the USPS. So the all address service that can electronically validate new addresses has started giving problems. You need to spend a lot of time to manually go to each office and update address. The rates are high but still they cannot solve the basic address problem with USPS and other mailing provider. Some banks are also showing invalid address.."
