"A very under valued apartment in perrysburg! While living here for the past year, the complex has been great. Maintenence does their rounds respectfully and is very fast. The landlord is also very polite and professional through out your tenure. They're improving the grounds and installed auto garage doors that come with the apartment no extra charge! 10/10 in perrysburg!"
"Good luck getting in touch with them. Took three calls and two inquiries from their contact us page to get in touch. The manager will not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. The answering machine is full. And no one at the primary phone number knows any answers to the questions I have. I have been trying to sign the lease agreement for the last week but no one will sent it to me, email, or call me back. Very unprofessional and disappointed in this place. Go elsewhere if you want better service."
"I moved to these apartments roughly 6 months ago. Prior to moving here, I viewed a number of the different apartment complexes around Perrysburg. Overall, I felt like Fort Meigs at Levis was the most clean and nicest looking units and buildings. Living here has been great. Upon move in, I had a list of a few items that I thought could use some attention. The maintenance came over promptly and took care of a few of the items and, as embarrassed as I am to say this, showed me that the third item was user error. Lol. The maintenance man was very helpful and friendly. All of the apartments come standard with a full size washer and dryer and your own garage stall (it's a private stall with walls and an overhead door). There's a shared main hallway with an intercom to get in which I like for some added security and to allow guests to enter more easily. I have been very happy with my move here, have met other wonderful residents and am excited for the rest of my stay here!"
"My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments. We have lived here for 1.5 years & zero complaints. Management is responsive and helpful, the walls/ceiling let very little noise through, and everyone is very respectful of one another. The interior is a little outdated but very clean & functional. It’s easy to make this place cute with your own furniture and decor! Will be sad to go when that time comes."
