"Poor place to live. It's a sad case giving the great neighborhood! This complex has changed alit over time. Management is never in the office. Maintenance is never in site. There is always a problem with this specific site. It's very sad."
"Management doesn't care about anything. The apartments are falling apart and maintenance is a joke. Our dishwasher didn't work for the first two months and the bath tub is cracked and has been painted over to hide it. No one cleans up after their dogs or has them on leashes. Trash is everywhere. We've had our cars broken into twice in the last 4 months. Domestic violence is a regular occurrence. Cops are there often. If you have other options don't move here."
"I would definitely give the Maintenance guy Kevin 5 stars review. Good personality and understand what is broken and needs fixed. If he can't fix it then he will have someone there to fixed it for you. He definitely deserves a raise for what he does to help others, fix issues that needs to be taken care of, and trying to get the complex clean up. Kevin is doing above and beyond just a maintenance guy position. As of the complex management, when I have stopped at the office, she is not there half of the time, leaves the office early and seems to dump her position responsibility and job duties on the maintenance guy on top of what he is trying to do for his job position. Parking lot is always full, people are always speeding through the small tight parking spaces and driveway area."
"The manager posts office hours up but she doesn't show up till a couples hours later. The maintenance guy hardly comes when we have something wrong. I'm still waiting for him to come fix my outlets. The manager wont let me and my husband terminate our lease because we joined the navy. She says even if we have a letter stating that we joined we can not terminate our lease."
