"I lived there before Cosgrove took over. It was nice and things were taken care if but once he got there things went to Hell. Once our lease was up from previous owners he made us go month to month. I had a gas leak they didn't fix for over 2 months. Because of that I had no hot water, couldn't use my stove or oven or my dryer. He didn't care and kept making excuses as to why it wasn't fixed. Had trouble with dirty air conditioning coils and mold on the unit. He had maintenance put a gallon of straight bleach down the air conditioning drain. I got chemical burns in my nose and throat from it and ended up in the ER. I voiced my frustration, called channel 11 and fair housing and then Cosgrove retaliated by saying he needed the apartment I was in for his mother. He's a liar and tried to scam me. Glad I moved out of that hell hole"

"Bill the owner is a horrible person to work for and rent from! I have worked for him and seen the way he treats people when they walk through the door. One lady he told her that she is better off renting his low income apartments because she was a contractor who had a hard time showing steady income but she had good credit. Second this man will take your deposit NO MATTER WHAT! And to boot he will try to charge you on top of that especially if you are deceased! Against my warning my dad rented from this man and unfortunately my dad passed away during his lease. We did the best we could to clean the apartment. After all I knew who I was dealing with so we cleaned as best as we could without electricity. Not only did this man keep the deposit he tagged on roughly $500- $1000 of charges trying to get it out of my Dad's estate. My advice would be to find a better apartment complex and stay away from anything Bill has his hands on! Attached is pictures I took after we cleaned my dad's apartment out."

"would give 0 stars if possible. this place is THE WORST. first floor of building 2 was flooding with sewage and sat for 20 hours because “plumbers don’t work on sundays” -(maggie rowe). so gross, & they wouldn’t replace carpet after the flood. horrible management. would never recommend to anyone."

"I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I didn’t even live here to know this place will scam you out of anything and everything! I applied to live here and was told to call back “as often as I wanted” to check on the status of an apartment they said they wouldn’t hold for me, so naturally I called every day to check on it. This was also after them telling me “it would be done by the end of the week.” Oh, I forgot to add, I pad $50 for the application fees! Anyways, I also was informed I had to send my renters insurance proof to them so I went through that hassle and had that sent. They decided to start ignoring my phone calls. This was confirmed after my friend called right after I was ignored and they answered her to say the same apartment I was waiting for wouldn’t be done for 2 weeks. My mom then called because she is my co-signer and they have both of our SS numbers on file (which she wasn’t happy about now that they’re being so sketchy). They hung up on her once they knew who she was! I was willing to sign a lease and pay early and was still treated this way. So in conclusion, and a message to the owners of this place since they wouldn’t answer my phone calls, TRASH SERVICE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! Also, if you don’t believe me, look at their reviews on any other platform, actually don’t waste your time because they are just as horrible as this place is :))"
