"STAY AWAY!!! I IT’S NOT SAFE HERE!!! Tammy and Brenda from the office are racist hypocrites. If you look a certain way you are charged an extra non refundable $300 move in fee. They changed my lease and didn’t mentioned it until after it was signed. Brian just turned the cheek. They never fixed any of the many problems in the unit. Upon moving in the stove was never cleaned nor the refrigerator. The toilet and tub was just painted over the scum and the paint was chipping so when I cleaned it, it peeled off instantly. Every cabinet was loose or falling apart. There was animal hair EVERYWHERE….. in the refrigerator, in the stove, in the cabinets, in the paint on the walls. The walls had bubbles in it they tried to hide by making texture with the paint. The paint was peeling off everything. Half of the outlets didn’t work. Every faucet sprayed when on and dripped when off. The dishwasher didn’t work and when I tried to run it for the first time it flooded the kitchen. Someone from maintenance came to patch the leak up and was caught going through my 10 year old daughter’s belongings! Most of the windows didn’t open. They charged me $20 to clean the toilet, $30 to clean the tub amongst other cleaning fees though I left that place cleaner than it was when moved in. They charged me $300 for the keys that I returned. A drug dealer lived in the building and crackheads were in and out all the time. 1 crackhead lived in the building in front of my apartment. Another crackhead lived in the building on the other side. They all had keys to the building. A homeless person slept on the back door bottom steps going to the furnace room which is inside the building. Vehicles had got broken into often and the office just sent out letters about it every time. This complex was known as the projects a few years ago. New management just threw paint on everything and raised the prices. Stay away from this complex!!"

"THIS PLACE IS SCAM. DO NOT TRY TO RENT HERE. They offer an apartment at a lower rent than all the other apartments in the area. They ask for $250 application fee and then deny the application and keep the fee. They encouraged my son to fill out the application and said he could have a co-signer if he needed one. After he was denied they said they don’t allow co-signers. They also bait and switch apartments. They advertise a low price apartment, then they say it’s been rented and offer a larger and more expensive one."

"Been here for 2 months now, and in my first apartment in over 35 years. The area is so beautifully well kept and quite peaceful considering how close we are to a very busy area! Management is kind and respectful, maintenance has done whatever I have needed so far. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the area and staff are very pet friendly."

"Updates 10/18: Renter beware, don't even apply here. Management misused my application information from 2021 to contact a former landlord of my family 2 years later, as well as searched my social media to find a picture of me holding my mom's dog. All this invasion of my privacy and misuse of my personal information so they could submit false and misleading information to my last renters insurance policy to get more money on top of wrongfully withholding my security deposit. Greedy scum as far as I'm concerned. If you already live there, detailed documentation isn't enough, demand a walkthrough despite whatever policy they give you. I put so much time and effort into returning the unit in good condition only to be treated horrendously. This has been a nightmare. Avoid at all cost. Fully updated to be more concise since attempting to resolve initial issue management response was regarding: These apartments are low quality, overpriced, and poorly managed. Laundry facility is one small building next to the office, making it costly and inconvenient. My sink backed up twice, from what I think was my upstairs neighbors garbage disposal, and all emergency management could do was to pour degreaser the first time and tell me that sometimes that just happens being the lowest apartment. When I needed a repair, staff was not allowed to wait to enter until I spoke to them as I explicitly requested and instead just entered. They do regular inspections as well, so don't expect privacy. They refuse to schedule them around your schedule, too. They also want to charge for everything, including my old and worn down toilet seat that started to crack over time. When I moved out and documented everything, they made up ridiculous and fake charges, including saying I had an unauthorized pet and there was carpet damage from pet urine. That was simply not true, and I'd expect they'd know this with the regular inspections and maintenance visits. I also lived in sight of the leasing office, so I'd say it was pretty obvious I never had a pet on the premises. I tried to resolve this reasonably with management and just got the runaround. Brenda Norts has been incredibly rude and unprofessional towards my concerns. I didn't even get half the context and pictures I was promised to substantiate the hundreds of dollars charges they claim I owe on top of withholding my security deposit (I believe wrongfully). It's just super shady and overall a poor experience. Don't trust this place. There are so many better options if you're looking for an apartment."
