"The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. My partner and I filed an application, payed $100 to do so, then was told we'd get a call later that month. At no point did we receive a phone call, so we went into the office. It took a couple of tries because the office was frequently empty. We were then told we were accepted, and would be able to move in in early November. Here we are, November 20th, and we have received no contact. In the multiple times we've been to the office this month, not ONE time was the office manager in her office during office hours. We even tried different times on different days. We called, left multiple messages, even left a written note requesting contact. Being ghosted after spending $100 and being told we were accepted and ready to move in is an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Do not apply here unless you have days to waste on trying to get any sort of response. Do NOT recommend."

"Leasing office lady wont answer my sister's phone calls. Doesn't check her voicemail, she's been without a washing machine and dryer for over 4 months. A door in her apartment is broken, another door FELL OFF and a window in her kitchen is broken so anyone could break in, and theres no solutions for months. There's a waiting list to live here, and this is how they treat their residents? Don't tell my sister I wrote this, but please treat your residents better."

"I applied a few months ago for my parents who live out of state and my dad has stage 4 cancer. I’m trying to get them to move close to me asap. I paid a $50 application fee and have not heard from them since. I’ve called several times and left messages and go by and there’s never anybody there. I think I should get my deposit at least back. I found my parents a place near me finally. I would not recommend this place at all"

"I live here currently and have for over a year. I am writing anonymously to make sure there are no Repercussions while living here. This apartment complex is SO NICE and it’s an amazing price for what you get and what’s out there nowadays. I’ve tried looking for another place but this is about the best I can get right now. However, property manager is rude. Nothing TOO explicit but many interactions with her she’s just been short or condescending in some way. I never see her around, only in her office. She doesn’t get ANYTHING done. You want to renew your lease? Gotta wait until she actually remembers to give you the form. Your AC broken? You have to sweat for two weeks and have an independent company show up when you’re not home. One time I had something broken in my apartment that made a necessity unusable. I called a lot over weeks to get it fixed, eventually went in office and she was like “he can be there tomorrow” like it was so hard. Then HE DIDNT COME! Not his fault, I love our maintenance man, he showed me his work order when he did eventually come and it was given to him WEEKS after we called the first time. There’s more but I’m trying to be somewhat vague yet still descriptive. My point is I love it here but the current property manager makes navigating life here a little harder at times. I hope she sees this and realizes the people here aren’t happy with her and hopefully she will do better. I’m only writing this after discussing it with some of my neighbors."
