Country Trace Apartments

"I have lived here for over 5 years. I have loved most everything about this place. 1. It's affordable. 2. During Covid, my washer and dryer broke and it was replaced in 2 days, while everyone was having to wait months for appliances. And not only did I get a new unit, it was an upgrade from a mini washer/dryer to a full size. 3. I've had one leak, and it was resolved the next day. 4. I enjoy the ability to decorate my back patio as I please. It makes an apartment feel a bit more at home. 5. I am on my third apartment manager, but all of them have been great. 6. I appreciate the enforcement of rules because it helps keep a place managed and clean. 7. Parking is an issue, but they have been working to resolve it and lighten the issue. Also, it's an apartment complex. Community living. It's overall quiet. There is a quiet time and it's always been enforced. It is pet friendly, you will hear dogs bark. The ceiling will squeak if you are on the bottom floor. You will hear an animal run if your upstairs neighbor has one. You will hear their washer. You will hear adult time through the squeaky ceiling at times. I've lived in several apartments in several states and this is a universal thing at times for all of them. It's not consistent or frequent. I've never heard conversations of any of my neighbors unless on the patio. I enjoy the reserved parking. I appreciate having a carport. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but everyone in my building has been here awhile and we are all friendly. We look out for one another."

"Very nice, Manager is excellent and friendly. They respond well to maintenance issues. my only problem is the age of the apartments (30 years + ) is beginning to show up in the floors between the upper and lower levels, they squeak badly and will keep me awake for several hours on occasion."

"I have lived here for two years. I am towards the end of my lease and purchasing my first home. Mary has been great throughout my entire time here. Any issues I've ever had in the apartment (which are few) she always had maintenance fix very quickly. She has been great with the move-out process as well since I have had to make a few changes to my move-out date. The area is also nice, I've never had any issues with noise or crime."
