"Jay and Matt are some of the best parts of Willow Crest. They themselves are worth 5 stars. They are quick to come, even after hours for emergencies such as heating going out or locks falling apart on you when you're trying to get in at night! They are always kind and happy to help and are the best maintenance workers my boyfriend and I have ever worked with in all our years of apartment living. The only reason I give 4 stars is solely due to a decision from the owners to remove the pool. Moving out here from California, a pool was a big selling point for my boyfriend and I to choose this place. I moved here January 2021 and come summer they didnt open it but rather sent a letter stating the pool was being removed. Big mistake for sure as there have been numerous time last year and this year that the pool would've been great to have and use."

"My roommate and I moved in just yesterday and it has been a smooth process to move in. We looked around for 2 months; one apartment was either too expensive or not up to date enough. Both office workers were extremely professional and helpful during this process. I am more than impressed with the way things are run here including the maintenance. I’m un sure of the man’s name but he has introduced himself multiple times to us and our family’s during move in and is more than willing to fix anything he can. Highly recommend this place!"

"I could not have asked for a better apartment! I have been here for around 5 months now and have not had any problems whatsoever. The neighborhood is always clean and welp kept and the maintenance crew is always on top of getting work order done. The folks at the office are always very helpful when you have any questions as well as make the community feel like home."

"The apartment complex wasn't a bad place to live, however, if you have dogs, especially in the winter time do not expect the pet cleaning stations to be maintained. I had to ask several times during the course of living there (1 1/2 years) to have these places cleaned up as they were overflowing with poop bags. I didn’t feel I should have to ask for this to be cleaned as I was paying over $1200 dollars to live there and paying $80 extra JUST for my dogs. Also, monitor the app and the charges they add to your account as I had several fees that were added because they didn't submit proper documentation to corporate and until I personally questioned the charges were they taken off my account or refunded. Keep good records of all billing because they will keep some or all of your security deposit at move out and tell you that you have payments from two months prior to move out that were never paid due to the water company being hacked. The office never mentioned this water billing issue and will give you no explanations other than it’s “back pay” or allow you to talk to corporate. They also tried to raise the renewal rent by 150 dollars for the exact same apartment and raised ancillary fees after removing the best amenity (the pool). We also spoke with another resident in the same building as us and he was paying 200+ more than us to live in the same building. They only care about your money. Also, keep in mind that you will be paying for electric, gas, water, and sewage on top of the 1200+ rent. Maintenance men were very nice and helpful. Overall, an okay place to live and it was very quiet, just watch your money because they will try to take every penny in "fees.”"
