"This was my first apartment me & my husband moved to together in Toledo. It was such a great experience. We stayed here for 5 years. Rent is so cheap compared to anywhere else in Maummee. Manager & maintenance is always so nice & willing to help. We had no major issues within the 5 years. The neighborhood is quiet. Everyone minds their own business. I miss this place so much & was proud to call it my home. We had alot of great memories here & I will never forget you Southwyk ❤️"
"Lived here for 5 years, loved the big apartments. Very family friendly. Sarah was great! I already miss her, I would recommend this place to anyone. Court yard is beautiful, maitainence guys were great, and always quick to get out and fix any problems. Was proud to call this home."
"Living here was a complete mess...car was broken into by someone who lived in the complex and made it a job to break into cars. Management changed over several times. Property managers were very shifty. I wouldn't recommend this place. And when I moved..I paid service to clean up and my deposit was kept. Never in arrears with my rent. Searching for zero stars button."
"I loved living at Southwyck. For the most part, it’s a really quiet community and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. I have had the same experience stated in the the other reviews in regards to getting the security deposit back."
