"We lived here for one year, the balcony had a hole in it, it took 3 months to fix, the railings were not safe so we couldn’t use it. The cabinets in the kitchen were painted with a paint that remained sticky so when you put anything on them it stuck. Then they charge you to repaint. They charge you for light bulbs in the kitchen fixtures. The sliding door allowed snow to blow in, so after we left they are changing the sliding door with delays renting which eats up our rent that they made me pay even though we moved out on May 10th. The owners name is Brian Junkins but you can’t call him he doesn’t want or care to know about anything. So beware of Heather hills. Just like most rental places they will keep your security deposit. I have a recording of the manager saying everything looked good, then we get a notice saying they were keeping our deposit and wanted more to replace the carpet. I told her that I recorded her and she ran out."
"Snow done 2days ago and parking spaces still not clean,, using a snowblower and shovel to clean the spaces kudo's to the maintenance staff..."
"1 star is generous...I lived here 5 years...was broken into 3 times and my motorcycle was stolen here...and after all that they used me for $661...I should have got my deposit back, but these criminals sued me. I called today and they are busy putting up security cameras...do not move here...unless you like crime I guess"
"It's OUT DATED, moldy, bugs everywhere, not clean, they cant keep a bonded maintenance team. And the leasing staff simply doesn't care the property is terrible place to live. The owner of this property should be aware how awful it is. Considered contacting area news team!"
"Only here a few months and absolutely hated it. First when we moved into the apartment there were cables and wires lying everywhere that we had to clean up and later got charged for when we left. Also while we were living here our sewage backed up and our apartment flooded. They did replace carpet and flooring, but charged us for it when we left, over 300$. And the guys that came were cheap and only did half the flooring in our laundry room, and they wanted us to pay for it. This place is a joke, didn't even bother to give us free rent or anything for all the trouble we had to go through finding a place to stay while our apartment smelt like sewage for about a week. The management rarely answers the phone, and they are lazy. Would not recommend this place."
