"I am a current tenant at Regal Oaks Apartments. I have been a resident for years and plan on living here for many more years. Our property management company offer exceptional service, great amenities such as our swimming pool and laundry facilities on every floor. We have prompt maintenance service requests with all of my concerns being address immediately or within 24 hours. My neighbors share the same mind-set, and we treat our common areas as homeowners would treat their property and that makes a huge difference! We are responsible with cleanliness, pride and are grateful our homes. Regal Oaks is in a great location. Apartment living is a shared responsibility between the landlord and the tenants and with equal understanding of the relationship, life can be blissful. When I first moved the I had three things that were important to me: comfort, safety and quiet. I got all three plus many more including great neighbors. If you are seeking this type of a quality living standard and a welcoming culture Regal Oaks is a great place."

"REGAL OAKS BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN TOLEDO!! However my tenancy here has been short (only a year) as I am relocating. Everything about this place has been superb. Any maintenance issue has been resolved within a day. The pool is the spot in the summer. Not to mention the location of the apartment building right off Secor next to everything. Laura in the office is an absolute joy also! If you're looking for a clean, not loud, laid back, community with a ton of nice people, nestled off the main drag than this is the place for you!!!"

"My time at Regal Oaks has been absolutely terrible. The management does not care for you own safety, as they have not done anything during the pandemic besides demand rent be in on time. No mask enforcement in common spaces, no change in cleaning frequency. Even stealing and removing disinfecting wipes paid for by residents. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The washing machines are constantly under repair because management refuses to purchase new ones, they do not fix any issues residents have. Our water pressure is abysmal, our dish washer doesn't work, our AC doesn't get nearly cold enough (to the point were we put in a work order and they cancel it, and don't bother coming out at all) and we've been told there is nothing that can be done. We pay for all of these amenities, and nothing works. Save your money, go elsewhere."

"Been here since 9/2019, When I moved in after I sent in the inspection form they immediately fixed the foggy windows and screens, etc... They have always been quick to respond to a phone call. Jess and Laura are my girls, Jess is the most informed person on everything you need to know, and Laura is always available and quick to help. I did learn when you put a maintenance request in through the portal it only goes to the guy Maintenance man, Scott, and not the whole office. That should be adjusted for the whole office to be up to date on maintenance needs. This place is like a wonderful little secret. I love how quiet it is, everyone is friendly, and I cannot wait to use the pool this summer. Next to a wonderful neighborhood. Only down fall to this place is the bushes in the front of the building that give off a cat pee odor. But other then that, I love so much about this place, super clean, updated, secure. I could go on..."

"Looks like a relatively nice place to live and have had a friend who overall hasn't minded his time living at Regal Oaks...however, I warn you to beware of Beth who is one of their property managers. She will attempt to force you into an apartment with high pressure sales tactics and if for any reason should you change your mind about living there she will take it personally and refuse to work with you let alone even call you back. I was in-person told one thing by her and then after deciding to not live there was told a completely different thing, she refused to give back my deposit that wasn't even holding an apartment because it wasn't even available, and was completely rude and sarcastic when you were no longer submitting the application to live there. The other manager Andrew seemed nice but I don't know if you'd want to rent from a place that employees someone of this character who is managing your property on a day to day basis...If so, best of luck and just realize going in the kind of person you're dealing with and be careful."
