Wood Ridge Apartments

"These people are rude. They don’t know how speak to people and apparently only one person in the office is qualified to give rental verifications but she’s never there. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a simple verification and no has even returned my phone or even reached out to my new perspective apartment. This is the only place holding me up. How are you a property management company and still trying to prevent people from future housing?"

"Steer clear of this complex Management will approach you and threaten you like you're a child. The parking lot lines are WAY to close so get use to scratches and dents. Multiple people have had their windows shattered MULTIPLE times! Some doors to the buildings never lock. Packages constantly go missing.The toilets "sweat" during winter apparently so get use to throwing towels at the base of your toilet. Oh and their upping the rent. Beware of parking lot at night lol the place is flat out horrible. Maintenance likes yo bandaid and never fix the issue. The water taste gross. The place has clearly been declining since highway opened up down the street. Won't be long before it turns into the cherrywoods. I put this on my children."

"These apartments are horrible . The office manager is very rude, disrespectful, and will yell like a child instead of an grown woman. The way she has talked to her tenants is very mouth dropping . Cursing, and screaming is very UNACCEPTABLE. Especially as an office manager .You don’t talk to people like that who spend their hardworking money for a place to stay . WILL NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER !!"

"I painted there and the staff and maintenance workers were hard working and friendly and knew what they were doing. Some of these one star reviews leaves me thinking that maybe these tenants leaving these one star reviews were just plain knuckle heads who couldn't communicate properly. I say this cause my interactions with staff were clear and effective."

"Let’s start with management. Ignorant and rude! I wouldn’t talk to my dog the way I’ve been spoken to. Nor would I board him there let alone move there. The cleanliness and insane rules at the pool. If you only have one child and they want to swim with a friend you’ll have to pay for an extra band. Overall the people who live in the complex I’ve had no issues with. Seems safe. It’s the management that is the issue so if you’re already stuck living there and you have any kind of issue with your apartment or the grounds I. General. Get ready it will be fun. Enjoy your stay"
