"This place is trash! $1000 per month and AC goes out for weeks at a time during the hottest days with no answer. Water heater went out. Leaking in the walls, none existent snow removal or salting. Broken clothes dryer for months. This is the biggest rip off Inhave ever seen!!!! Do not live here!"
"Inside was clean and well maintained. Nothing loose or shoddy. Good windows. Nice, spacious bathroom. Water pressure was good and felt safe in area. Surprisingly spacious with good storage. Cute layout. Cons: Maitenance... Nonexistent. Heat was out for 2 days in winter, did provide space heater. AC was out for 3 weeks in summer. Was told they will be there tomorrow over and over. When they did arrive maintenance stole xbox controllers. Garbage disposal stopped working. Master bedroom on corner units not properly insulated so was very cold at night. Only maintained landscaping 1x a year. Never salted driveways or sidewalks. Critter got in wall and they did nothing. Dead mouse out back and asked for it to be removed and they did nothing. Same for wasp's nest. Charged me upon move out for a repair that was already in place before I moved in. Long story short: If you live here you're on your own. If that works, go for it. If you call maintenance often where you live now, you won't like it."
