I have been a Tennant for almost 4 months now and I have been working on the place and cleaning up the whole house and yard and have been treated very well by all involved."
"Rented a cheap apartment from them which seemed pretty nice for the money, just to have to have maintenance out for different things constantly. Living room ceiling was falling apart, bathroom sink leaking, basement flooding, & my daughters bedroom walls covered in black mold. Owner & maintenance came out to check out the black mold and basically told me they would move us to a different apartment, which I declined because we had just moved here and I just wanted it fixed. So to “fix” it they put putty over it & repainted it. We got a letter on our door a few weeks later from them kicking us out & they kept our deposit. Landlord said we had “too many people” on our front porch when he drove by. They will move you into a run down place just to kick you out and keep your deposit. Would never recommend to anyone!!! Slum lords"
"My mothers ex boyfriend refused to move out when she did and i lived with them at the time,mind you i was underage so because of that they will not rent to me i think that is ridiculous i have amazing references even my current landlord doesnt want me to move we just have to move closer to my boyfriends work. Lima properties is completely unfair. Not to mention the whole reason my mom moved was because they refused to fix the leaking roof or broken door."
"I have rented from a few landlords and I must say there upkeep on repairs is awful. We lived in a house from them for almost three years. We repeatedly had issues with things in and on the house that needed repaired and they never did fix it. Don't waste your time moving your family into a property they own as it is unsafe as they simply don't care"
