"Call me crazy…but this place is HAUNTED haunted. People don’t even want to leave their apartments at night. If you don’t believe in that stuff fine but I’m serious. Scary haunted."
"My HVAC unit does not work. It hasn't since I moved in, in July. I've complained multiple times and instead of fixing it, they only change the filter. I bought space heaters to stay warm, but now they have caused all of my living room outlets to no longer work. I am left with no choice but to stay in a hotel for the night. I need someone to fix it ASAP."
