"I have friends and family who have lived in these apartments so I’ve been in multiple units over the last few years. One friend had the toilet above their unit leaking into their bathroom and it took management two months to even have someone come in and look to get it fixed. Another friend said they had installed new laminate flooring and instead of installing properly, the contractor hired just cut holes in the laminate to let the air bubbles out. They have lost power to their office for failure to pay the electric bill. It seems like they can only keep a property manager for a few months and then leave the position open for three or four months before finding a replacement. The owner seems to not care, they just want your money. The walls are very thin and the floors don’t muffle much sound. Someone just walking on the floor above sounds like an elephant. The only upside is that I haven’t seen any bugs. I wish anyone who rents here luck, you will need it."

"Can we just talk about how they just evicted 9/10 of their tenants!??? For “failure to pay rent” when they have been??? OH AND MANAGEMENT DELIVERED THE NOTICE AND GOES OUT OF THE OFFICE FOR A WEEK??? Active mold in the apartments, building smells like cat piss, and the manager just walks into people apartments without them being awake!!"

"This place is old and out of date. When I first moved in the management was TRASH! Never in the office and never replied back when it came to work request. They only had one maitance person for three building. But the new building manager is a complete 360. She very personable and professional. She is the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars. Work order are answered within 24hrs and action is taken soon after. The new maitance persons actually does work orders. I'm sure within a few month under this new management this place will be much better."

"My family member lives here; it’s awful. There’s piss water coming from the walls and celine. Mold everywhere! One of the side doors is open and no walls. Wires are out and no lights; still water in the hallway. Piping issues. List is too long!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would! The rent is WAY TO HIGH for this dump! I don't know who manages this place but they are not doing a good job at all! It smells SO horrible in the halls. The elevator is constantly broke, even if it wasn't I'd be scared to ride it. The buildings not only stink, they are DIRTY! there is ZERO "security". When my grandma first lived there you actually had to buzz to get into. She felt safe. HA! Not anymore. The lowlifes they have living there broke the doors and buzzer so now ANYBODY can walk on in! Whoever comes in to inspect this place should be FIRED! how in the world does this place pass inspection?!?!?! Disgusting! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I know times are tough, but guarantee you'll regret it here. Update March 2023... Elevator hasn't worked in months. Elderly people who live up on the 2nd or 3rd floor are having to PULL their carts up the stairs filled with groceries. I posted a video with bubbles coming in from the door to get to the stairs. There's mold on the walls. People are having BLUE cleaner (looks like toilet bowl cleaner) leak thru their ceilings from the apartment above them. Nobody is in the office anymore. Who can I contact to report this place?!"
