"I have lived at this location over 14 years. Management is great, extremely safe quiet location. Great lights all around the complex. Has an indoor heated swimming pool and 2 saunas (his & hers). The pool seems to be closed a lot for extended times. No outdoor area for children. A nice mix of people. And the rent IS reasonable.I would recommend you stop by and take a look. 2024 To get anything fixed, it takes FOREVER. Have had a broke main door for 14 years! Repeated reported it. Still not replaced! And the maintenance man is UNPROFESSIONAL!"
"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Richelieu. Management was by far the best I’ve lived under. They were well taken care of and the neighbors were nice. It’s a lovely environment and had my roommate not left, I’d still be living there. Hope to move back soon!"
"In the past 2years, the apartments management has cut the electric heat to the hallways. Heating bills are over $200 a month for s 2 bedroom apartment!"
"Without a doubt the best place to live as far as apartments in Lima, Ohio. The apartments are CLEAN, up to date, no bug or rodent issues, all working appliances, and above all the management is top notch. When there were any issues (only 2-3 small things over the course of the two years I lived there) we had it corrected same day, or within several hours even late at night. Hate that we're moving out, but are moving across country. Would live here forever!"
