"I filled application about a month ago for a one bedroom apartment in Winthrop Terrace Apartments here in Bryan Ohio and I still have heard back from the apartment manager Liz and that keep calling to check on she keeps saying she call me anand the leasing office that handles the applications but she never calls back tell about application I really need to because I'm getting a divorce and my soon to be ex wife sold the house I'm temporarily living in and I've got be out by November 19 or I'm homeless I'm disabled and living on SSDI so I need a downstairs apartment and they got opening up here in the Winthrop Terrace Apartments in Bryan Ohio I've got the money for the deposit and the first months rent I'm waiting for my application to be approved so I get the apt."
"Was falsely charged $55 Carpet cleaning fee on security deposit. Scammed to say the least, carpet looked exactly the way it was when I started renting. I would not recommend living there on this lack of integrity alone."
