"I called to simply ask for the rate… and she was so unbelievably rude!!!!!! The entire phone call. I didn’t know much about the place, so I was asking how much it would be, if it was monthly or weekly & what it looked like. She was short & very VERY rude. I couldn’t believe the way she talked to me. DO NOT CALL HERE even if you’re desperate. You will be treated like trash."

"Brought an acquaintance here so he could stay at this place. If you are down and out but still somehow have $100 a day for basically an efficiency apartment, I guess it's an all right place. The room was cute, and clean, and the furniture was rather comfortable for the short visit that I had."

"Horrible Experience. I rented a room there Long Term because of Work. They had me in a room temporarily because they had no vacancy, It was a daily room according to them. They keep bringing people sick with covid-19. Yesterday I was attacked by one of the People A homeless shelter puts in there. ( With Covid-19) and they never warn the residents of this or follow any type of Protocol. I will be uploading the Videos in YouTube shortly ( Look For Ranchland Motor Inn) I have recorded of the Cleaning lady violating every single Covid-19 protocol, Throwing the pillows on the floor and picking it up and not wearing a mask of gloves. They never changed the sheets of my bed in 4 months I stayed there. And Also as you will see, the cleaning lady opening my drawers and my luggage without any permission. They will soon be getting a call from my lawyer as well as I think i have gotten Covid-19 because of their lack of Caution. And I have the Recordings to prove it. Do not go to this place. It is Unhealthy & un sanitary. And to make things even more interesting. They all of a sudden n have came up with an excuse I have to leave because the Fire Marshall can get them in trouble because i have stayed there more than 30 days. When there is People living there for for far more than 1 year. The excuse is I'm in a room that's only a daily room. And the Monthly rooms , I have never even been offered an option to move into one."

"Horrible place. Horrible Management. This place is not only Covid-19 central but it's full of Black Mold. The moment you step in the rooms you can smell the old Humidity and the furniture is old and loaded with termites. Also it appears they are sending people with Covid-19 there . I stayed there not to long ago and without warning or anything risking my life both my upstairs neighbors had Covid-19. And they claimed they where place there by an organization since they couldn't go anywhere else"
