"Most unprofessional group I've ever encountered, have been lied to about my background check being turned in after paying them to do so, their communication is ridiculous at best, I was told that I would have an answer as far as my background check, which by the way should of already been done. So not only did I receive a phone call I called twice a day for a week before I was lucky enough to catch him there, only to be told that my background check didn't jive out yet they have taking lot rent from me for two months and I can't even get utilities turned on because of their negligence. Was told 2 days before Christmas that I was not able to move in and with out even the common courtesy as to why. Very sad and lazy group of unprofessional rats guarding the cheese."
"Management and office staff are amazing. The community has really cleaned up and new homes have been coming in which is amazing. I would highly recommend."
"The management and owners insist that their increasing lot rents are because they "compared prices to local comparable communities" except they used Fort Wayne mobile home parks to compare prices. Those parks have more ammentaties closer to them. Things like a community play area or pool. We have a giant litter box, a whole 4 Frisbee golf goals, junky basketball courts... all of which the current owners haven't contributed to or improved yet. We've went from a reasonable $250 per month to $425 in the past few years and instead of fix things that ALL park residents can benefit from.... a single street got fancy new street lights. I own my own home, but rent their lot...and have been told I have to buy curtains or blinds because the ones inside my OWN HOME are not up to their standards. I understand trying to make the community look nicer but start with the empty abandoned homes YOU own and address those before attacking loyal residents who have literally lived here for over 40 years... BORN on my lot and still live there."
