"Front desk staff was weird, gave off the type of vibe that you’d probably want to check his computer. Room was clean aside from a disgusting toilet. Didn’t end up staying the whole night because the whole place just seemed to be too noisy despite there not being many guests."

"The customer service provided at this place is remarkable I've stayed at several hotels and never had service this great. Rooms were super clean employees were very informative and helpful really puts this place beyond five stars for me. Being greeted with smiles and great hospitality wow I will definately be staying here next time I come to Indiana ."

"This place is disgusting. The pool was closed and would have been cold anyway due to the heater being broken. Breakfast was minimal and cold. Our shower head was completely broken and sitting in our tub when we arrived. I can't post the review without at least giving a star rating, otherwise it would be zero stars. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Walked into the lobby and the leather chairs were halfway peeled off. I didn’t find bugs in the room but woke up itching all over. Carpet had stains. Baseboards coming away from wall. Tub needed cleaning. Stains on lampshade. Beds were hard. Put the air on and the room barely got cool. Very old and definitely needs to be updated."

"Staff is unfriendly. At check in, I was greeted with "what do you need?" In a very negative tone. Room was great. We got a room with a jacuzzi because we had a long day of traveling and wanted to relax. Very spacious. First part of stay was fine, but around midnight our room started smelling of Marijuana. Tried calling front desk but no answer. We opened windows because it wasn't coming from outside. This made it a tiny bit better. At 1:30, I was having an allergic reaction to fumes and called the front desk again. The man answered and came up to check things out. He was kind and concerned, but nothing was offered to be done at this time. Around 3am, the smell finally went away and we were able to go to sleep. At check out, the man apologized for the smell and asked why we were leaving or if we wanted to stay longer. He said he wished there was something he could do regarding the smell. When asked what could be done, he said nothing. We asked if we could get a credit or discount on another night and he was shocked we would ask for such a thing. He said since it was after 1:30 am he wouldn't switch us rooms that night. When we said ok and turned to leave, he threw his hands up and questioned why we were leaving. The staff and scent made this a very unpleasant experience. We won't be staying again."
