"We are so happy with this apartment and the people working here. They are fast and efficient. We had problems with the refrigerator and they thought it was fixed. Today it was acting up again. Called the office and before I hung up Steve was here. No messing with it he brought us a new one. This is a Great Place. We couldn't be happier."

"Have a lot of difficulty reaching anyone at the rental office. Was given the wrong information about move in date on my voicemail, creating a lot of confusion and stress. The person who left the message merely said “I misspoke” about the date, when I showed her the pre lease agreement that I had signed, with the correct date on it. No apologies. Also, I taken 1/2 a day off and driven 100 miles to meet someone at the office. Was made to wait outside in my car in the rain, because staff was in a training session/meeting. The person I met did take her time to explain all the requirements for signing my lease, including different options for payment with their pros and cons."

"If I could give zero stars I would! This apartment complex is NOT worth the price of rent! They don’t fix anything. I am currently a living tenant here at Griswold in auburn. The living conditions in the apartment are appalling. Two different other tenants flooded my apartment & they did NOTHING! The maintenance guy brought us a big industrial fan to use to soak up probably 2-3 inches of standing water from my front room & now has black mold in the closet! Just last night someone else flooded their apartment & my bathroom wall is falling apart. Steve the maintenance man just blew us off. I have 2 children in diapers & im scared to give them baths now! We are moving out in September cause of lease ends. They only care about money, they don’t help their tenants if they need or fix anything! My carpet has been dirty since we moved in my children will be so dirty from crawling on the floor all day. DONT MOVE IN HERE!!! Nothing is ever fixed or cleaned! Fire hazard from dryer vents & mold!!!"

"I waited about a month for my dishwasher to get serviced but they were quick to service my old 1970’s air conditioner. For a long time they only had one maintenance person for the entire complex. The fence out back was leaning onto Griswold's property but after about a year it was fixed also. Now there’s a bike chained to a fence that hasn't moved for months. Not too sure what happened to the housekeeping crew but the hallway is always dirty. Sometimes it looks like the ghetto! If you wish to do a load of laundry better beat the ones who spend the day doing theirs and then the coin collection box is full. Management seems to change here like a pair of socks so you never know who you’ll run into going into the office. I’ve lived here for about 7+ years and looking for somewhere else to move."
