"Dr. Ganser and the nurse as well as the receptionist are truly the best people ever, i had a dental emergency and called all the dentists in canton and akron and no one wanted to take me in as a walkin, i was in so much pain for a week, so i decided to stop at this place and Glory to God they took me in and fixed my tooth which i needed a filling, they are amazing people they took care of me like no other place did, they truly care for patients, i am so grateful they took me in when no one else did. "Dr. Ganser truly is one of the very few dentists left in this area that genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. I had very painful issue that required 2 teeth being pulled and a cavity being filled. Over the last 6 months, I went to see 4 different dentists to get those teeth pulled and get the cavity filled and every single one of those dentists refused to do any work on my teeth (wouldn’t even do a simple cleaning) without first having root planing and scaling done on the top and bottom (requiring one appointment for the top and one for the bottom) that would cost me about $4000 out of pocket. I called Dr. Gansers office to see if they’d address my issue before having the root planing done and they immediately said yes. I went to my appointment today and he pulled both my teeth that were causing me pain and turns out there wasn’t even a cavity on the next tooth. Also, he found no reason for me to even have the root planing done! Laura at the front desk and Jessica the dental hygienist were so nice, helpful, and understanding that I couldn’t believe I was at a dentist’s office. If you’re looking for a dentist that actually cares about your oral health instead of how much money they can make off of you, Dr. Ganser and his team are the folks you need to see. I wish I could give them a million stars! They’re the best! I’ll be going to them for all of my dental needs from now on!"
