"I broke a back upper molar and went to Murray Hill Dental in West Columbus. I was surprised at how quickly a new crown was put in. I'm used to this taking several appointments, but this only took several hours. The facilities were nice and there was no pain throughout the procedure. The Staff was friendly and there were no delays. They even let me listen to the music of my choice or to even watch Netflix. Dr. Brown and her assistant Brandy were very professional in every respect. They communicated everything to me and were very efficient. I think they need a well-deserved raise!"

"They're not bad people or a bad dentistry. But they will harass you. They will text you multiple times, email you multiple times, and send you letters in the mail about your appointments. While some of this is nice the majority is just unnecessary and no one in their right mind would rate this as a 5 star establishment unless you are senile and can't remember your appointments"

"Had crown replacement on one-sided and an old root canal (from another dentist) cleaned out and crown on it done on the other side Dr Simmons was fantastic...thorough and efficient....best dental experience I have had and I have been to several dentists.... Thanks Doc!"

"This practice is by far the best dentist I have ever visited in my life. I grew up on government insurance and I truly believe that I was never taught how to properly care for my teeth. I have very thin enamel and always had several cavities EVERY time I went to the dentist. The first time I visited this office was after a traumatic dental experience with a different doctor and I was so nervous! Annie the dental hygienist was the kindest person and really taught me HOW to clean my teeth and strengthen the enamel. Since becoming a patient of this practice over 3 years ago, I have only had 1-2 cavities. Dr. Brown has been incredible as well! Thank you for educating your patients and caring personally about us!"

You'll feel right at home as you relax, watch Netflix while receiving top notch service using the latest technology. Need a crown? Scanned and Done Right in the office. How's that for efficiency. I'm A Dental Lab Technician as well sooo, I know that alone saves time for the patient and the Staff. Better yet, You may even just open wide and take a power nap, while getting your restorations. "I know, unreal," but true, I was there! Another opportunity to work with a great staff. From the front desk Jamie to the Hygienist Jamie, to Brit the EFDA who does amazing restorations and knows her stuff, to the very efficient Dr. Melissa Brown. Efficiency is optimizing the use of technology and staffs skill set to get the job done to provide the best service and overall best patient experience. I'm also so glad I happened upon the other dental office on the other side of the building and discovered old friend and mentor and therapist Michael Pearson LLPCC, LCDC-III, EMDR Counseling on the second floor! AND NEW FRIEND John at ACT. GREAT DAY!"
