"Came and got a filling done today and felt as if I wasn’t even getting work done! The dentist here, Dr. Narayanan was absolutely great! This office is great from the beginning, starting with the front desk, to the the assistants and even the office manager! They are truly a great dental office and I’d recommend anyone that needs dental work to come here!"

"What an absolute mess of an office. They seem to have no clue what they’re doing. It appears they have high staff turnover so no one knows anybodys name, no one knows what’s going on. I’ve gone there a handful of times so far for a cleaning and cavities. Most recent appt I was on time and had to wait over an hour. I walked out. I couldn’t wait anymore. So I rescheduled my appt to a different day. Before my appointment day I had requested copies of my dental records (for my own personal records) and they canceled my upcoming appointment without telling me. I called today to confirm my appointment (because normally they call a day ahead and I hadn’t gotten that) and this is when I was informed it had been canceled. Because they assumed , without asking, that id be going elsewhere. Well, now I will be! Also the doctor seems rushed all the time and it’s just not a personal experience. I wish your office the best of luck because it truly seems like you guys need it."

"I Was in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. Before I Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled, it only took a hour of that. The staff was amazing, and really took great care of me. The doctor was excellent, very fast and made you feel very comfortable to be around. I will be going to Brite Tooth Dental for many years to come. Highly Recommended, I couldn’t of asked for a better dentist."

"My son was in there 2 weeks ago for a root canal and a temporary filling today it broke, 2 weeks later now i know they last longer then that. so i called and there telling me to i have to go to our regular doctor to have it looked at after i payed them over 700 dollars even with insurance , the young apprentice they had setting the filling was obviously inexperienced to do the job correctly, i know temp filling last a whole lot longer then 2 weeks i asked for a refund and they denied it, so i will file a dispute with our ohio attorney generals office. This place should not be working on people teeth let alone a child. complete negligence is what you will get if you go to this office."

"Everyone was very nice, but there’s a problem. BE READY TO PAY IN FULL IMMEDIATELY! I needed a root canal and was referred by my regular dentist. They got me in this morning, I took time off work, filled out their paperwork, sat in the chair and had x-rays done. The dentist confirmed everyone’s theory about what I needed done and then someone came in to give me a quote. I’ve always been able to make payments with other dentists, but they would not allow me to make payments FOR AN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE. I didn’t know until last week that I would even need a root canal and then they tell me they can’t do anything unless I pay in full. From a business perspective, I get it, but when patients and “office policy” are at an impasse, it’s obvious what matters more…the money. Now I’ve wasted a morning that I could have been productive, that appointment slot is lost for them and someone else who may have needed it, and I’m still here needing a root canal, hoping I don’t get sharp pain from needing a dental procedure right away. They were really nice, but I wish their policy was built with humans in mind. They should have told me when I called that they demand payment in full right then."
