"The staff is very nice and helpful, especially the front desk receptionist. However, my husband purchased the premium dentures approximately 1 1/2 years ago, and so far, three teeth have fallen off the upper plate. The workmanship is terrible. I will never get another set of dentures here again, no matter what the cost is. Wish the lemon law applied to dentures!"

"Not friendly and basically rushed the appointment after i waited over 30 minutes past my appointment. When I asked about payment plans the gave 1 option yet they have signs that says fits everyone's budget. They didn't ask me if I wanted to move forward with the service and told me I needed to find an actual dentist and not use them."

"Affordable dentures treated my sister Sue with complete respect and care. I was pleased to meet Jeannie who is very personable and respectful to my sister, emotionally and financially. Instead of suggesting an expensive new set of dentures, she took the broken one to repair it. She said it is because Sue was used to it and she wants to do right by her. I reiterated that it could not have any spots that would cut her gum due to her health conditions. She assured me that there would be no rough edges. She said the only thing might be a little discoloration in the connecting material. She explained that because the denture was so old that the new portion might be a lighter color. That was not a concern since the fix was a lot cheaper than a new denture and being a lower denture, might not be visible. Also they are only keeping it over the weekend. I really appreciate Jeanie and Dr Sullivan at the N. Springboro Pike location."

"2 months in a row I have attempted to make an appointment to get in at this office. They called me both appointments a day before the appointment and said the Dr. can't make my appointment as they had something come up. I plan these appointments weeks in advance based of my work schedule since appointments can't be scheduled over the weekend. Very disheartening I am very understanding individual but 2 months in a row when my appointments are made weeks in advance. I was very disappointed when I got the message in December because I was really hoping I was on the road to getting my confidence back and being able to smile again then they called to say Doc couldn't make it and I would have to reschedule well 5 weeks later I get another call and my stomach just turned when I heard the message as it's gonna have to be another 5 weeks before I can make another appointment based off my work schedule and their schedule. I don't if I even want to make the commitment just to be cancelled on again."
