"Writing this for my husband because he doesn’t have an account to write a review. He has had multiple problems with this dentist. The main problem is scheduling is an absolute joke have been told over and over again that they would call to schedule and never did then, after having to call them multiple times just to be told that they needed to summit a claim to our insurance before he could have his teeth worked on which took over a year for them to do. Same excuse everytime “we are waiting to hear from your insurance” which I called them myself and the claims were never submitted. Fast forward a year later against my better judgement we schedule and show up for his appointment 15 minutes early and it takes almost 2 hours for him to be seen not to mention during this time they took another patient back that had shown up after we arrived . Needless to say this will be the last time we come to this dentist ."

"This is a very unprofessional place. my daughter had an appointment at 3:30 pm Wednesday, but we had to wait at least 2 hours to get in a room. Then we she got in a room she had to wait and extra 30 mins before the dentist actually went to help her. There was another guy behind my daughter but the lady had taken him before my daughter. When I asked her when she was gonna start on my child and she had a retort reply of “Okay done.” About another 10 mins she finally came in and helped her. Her attitude was not great, and she had seem bothered or annoyed while helping my daughter. There is also another problem, I had gone out to the receptionist to pay for today, and she said that it was 50 dollars. So when I got the receipt back after I payed it said the co pay was only 30 and it didn’t say I owed anything else for previous appointments. I don’t think she is a professional with the way she acted and her attitude with her patients, and make us pay extra. My friends had not recommended this place because the service they had was not great. But I still came because she was also Vietnamese. I went there so I could easily understand since I am not good at English. That is why my review is only 1 star. It seems like most of these other people that have been here seem not to like it either. Please find a few other dentists and assistants to come help you with your work. Don’t come here, you will be very disappointed with your service. Find a better dentist to help with your needs. Im not coming back here again."

"Awful place to go, staff was incredibly rude both on the phone and in person. They did a root canal on the one side of my face and sent me home. Schedualed my other root canal 6 months out. After experiencing excruciating pain I called to see if we could schedule my root canal sooner. Once on the phone they told me that they no longer take my insurance and I would have to find another dentist. So now I'm left in excruciating pain with no help. Would never go back and would recommend finding somewhere else to go if seeking a new dentist. DO NOT GO TO BELMONT DENTAL, WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!"

"Well I LOVED this dentist. She is the only dentist I had ever been to that I truly had enjoyed going to. I called last Friday when they were closed, to leave a message. I needed an appointment for a crown that she did. It is causing me pain when I bite down. They never called back. I called today to check and see if I could get an appointment finally and the receptionist was rude and told me they don't see people with caresource any longer. I asked her when that was out into effect and she said "A couple days ago." I asked her why the dentist didn't call her patients to let them know this and she couldn't answer that question, she said "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I said no and just hung up. This is heartbreaking, I have extreme dental anxiety and I have to find someone I'm comfortable with again..."

"So I started going to this dentist because it was close to the house. The dentist herself is great, however the office staff and assistance, not so much. I have had little problems, with scheduling and what they said I could get covered vs my insurance. I had an appointment in July,I was late, I called. They told me because of covid they are backed up until October and to call reschedule around then. I call today to reschedule and they tell me I have a no call no show and to find new dentist. I'm so annoyed, I hope she gets better staff"
