"My sister told me staff was nice. Dr. Shepler (Sr.?) told her, "Welcome to the family!". Based on that, I called 5/17/2022 to establish care as a new patient. Front desk person was rude. She thought they took our insurance. Ask abruptly what I needed to be seen for. I couldn't be scheduled for a cleaning because they were scheduling cleanings for their established patients and I would need a consult. She was not accommodating at all. Even if there was a change in attitude or an apology I would not go to this office.. So much for "family"."
