"Cadence did a root canal for me in May 2022 With in 30 days I advised them something was wrong. They were under new ownership and short dentist's In Sept (original dentist no longer there) they finally checked it and said it was not right. They recommended a specialist and I paid for a re-do out of pocket. Their business manger did contact and refund their fee to insurance and only then did she refund my co-pay. Turns out that they did not pass on all information on infection to specialist and now after 2nd root canal I may still loose tooth. Even though less that 30 day's I advised them something was wrong now it's over a year and they skate from mistake and their lack of caring. It is all about the money there. VERY VERY VERY POOR CARE OR INTEREST IN ANY PROBLEM"

"Kim was a wonderful hygienist. It felt like my teeth were getting a massage. So relaxing (can’t believe I’m writing that on a dental review!). What a nice clean and welcoming space too. Looking forward to the next time!"

"Hi, My name is Molly and I'm a dental gagger (this was a very funny joke by Dr. Lochtefeld). I had a very large amount of work that was done last year and I can't say how much I am pleased with their work! I was recommended to do many crowns in the past 5 to 7 years, but was not able to afford to. I was able to invest in my teeth this past year. Because of previous bad experiences, I have severe anxiety and sensitivity to dental procedures; with their sedation dentistry, my anxiety was gone. All of the staff have been great and the office is clean and welcoming. I plan to stay with Cadence for a LONNNG time. Keep up the great work!"

"All I can say is wow. Coming from someone who has had 20 plus years of dental issues that have lead to huge dental anxiety and actual fear. I finally went and everyone was SO KIND. Brandy was the most kind, gentle and empathic person. I have several more appoints made and I don’t doubt they will take great care of me."

"BEWARE!!! April of this year I had a root canal performed at this location. After the root canal procedure the dentist advised she didn’t like the filling but I should be ok. Now fast forward to December and I have a bacterial infection, went back to this location and they advise this dentist was no longer employed by this company. They also advised this dentist broke the file inside my tooth and never told me, also no filling was put in my root canal. Just a broken file, they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me to come back in March 2023. This is not a place that is keeping their patients informed on their mistakes and really not in a hurry to repair their mistakes. Really think about this, a patient with a broke file and bacteria infection, and they want to wait till March,2023 to make this repair. I had to go to a root canal specialist 2 days before Christmas for the file extraction. It took the specialist 2 hours because the entire file was broken inside my tooth, also the specialist advise she never completed the root canal. So this proves she broke it during the beginning of procedure and made the choice to lie to the patient about completing the root canal/filling. Everyone will have an opinion, but my situation was created when the dentist failed to tell the patient regarding a broke file and then not completing the root canal/filling. I was a self pay patient, I deserve a refund for the first root canal, and a reimbursements of the new procedure for retracting the broke file and completing the root canal. I will be updating this review as it unfolds."
