"i called and made my son an appointment almost a month ago for today at 1:50. I called today because i didnt get the confirmation call and was told today that the appt was lost, and that they called me. I was speaking with Joan an told her i didnt recieve a call an then said were not liars iff we said we called then we called, so i asked if his appt would be accomadated since it was their fault and was told no because the appt was lost. "went to the office for a crack tooth they did a cleaning and xrays and just said we will just watch the tooth. a month later my tooth actually got worse. i also found out there were other tooth problems that should be address and that dentist did not address. very disappointed in there practice. would not ever go back."
