"I am vegan and my lunch options are very limited in New Haven. Earlier this year, we were advised that we were offered a discount so I called to see if Papa Johns would accompany my diet restrictions. I ordered the Garden Fresh pizza and asked to sub mushrooms and spinach for the cheese and olives. I was impressed when I saw my pizza order - the toppings were not skimpily applied as I've had happen at other pizza establishments. I was even more impressed when I tasted it! Please know that I will be back!"
"Doordash employee who doesn't carry cash an accepts a cash not credit card order, shouldn't take the order!~ An the cinnamon pull apart doesn't look anything like the site does! Dominoes pizza looks better, an I used to work for one!~"
"We were excited to try the pepperoni crusted papadia and ordered it without the alfredo sauce. After getting home and opening the box, we were very disappointed. There was no seasoning on the outside and it was burnt. After opening the papadia up, there was very little inside. This is actually the second time we've ordered it. We didn't read leave a review after the first unsatisfying order and felt like it was necessary now since the second was even worse."
"I ordered the new spicy pepperoni rolls along with another item from New Haven Papa John's. When I got them & opened the box they looked old or not done, dough looked discolored & did not have any rise to it. Definetly do not look like they do in the poster, commercial or last order I had. Just look at them? Do they look good to you? If not why serve them to a customer?"
"I ordered 4 pizzas online for pick-up at Noon on a Saturday. They were ready on time and tasted great. I got a good deal on them. I like ordering online to get points for free food. The young lady that rang me up was really friendly and even offered free plates and napkins. I would definitely order from there again."
