"I'm visiting from Ohio for business and stopped by and ordered an original 3 piece white. The chicken was soggy and just awful. The worker told me that their original is really good. But that was far from the truth tonight!!"

"Mid october 23'...major changes have happened here and personally I believe for the best, the crew working this day were happy and very helpful! Good change to see at this restaurant, not some 5 star place but always nice to have a better environment when you grab some lunch! Seem to really be trying even going as fast has putting up some little Halloween decorations!"

"Definitely preferred when it wasn't new management (just me). I've never had an issue before, but now they just can't seem to ever get my order right. When I ask for extra(usually extra chicken in the bowl/w mash potatoes), they always add extra gravy and not anything else. If I'm being charged extra, I want what I paid for. They don't give me the receipt unless I sit and wait for them to come back to the window, and even then, they act as if it's a big inconvenience to them. Went again on 9/26/23, hoping for better. I ordered the $20 fill-up box. They charged me $4 for a "help fee"?! I would say definitely check your receipts. You can tell they haven't changed their cooking oil in sometime, the chicken tasted awful and smelled. Never again. New management completely ruined this location."

"Place was absolutely filthy inside, sticky floors. Food all over the lobby floor & tables/window sills. Went to the counter 2x for condiments, cup lids, straws etc...they stand behind the grill area & stare at ya"

"So I have never had such rude service before today! Price on the outside menu was not what I was charged. When I asked about it I got instant attitude. I said to him I’m not trying to argue just let you know to change your sign if I’m paying more than what’s posted. Then get home and the biscuits are hard as a rock, the corn looked like it’s been sitting out at room temperature for a few days. I didn’t even attempt to try it. Went straight to the trash can. When I tried calling them it rang busy for well over an hour. So I gave up. Don’t want anything from them anyways. Just won’t ever return!!"
