"Tonight I just picked up carry out and the manager Chris and the young lady who took my order and check me out Kristen was amazing. The location was New Haven. I worked for a restaurant company for almost 17 yrs and this is exactly how service and management should be at a place with friendliness, urgency and just doing an overall great job. You better keep your hands on these two because you don’t see that often anymore in place and you need to treat them right like they’ve treated your guests to make your company do well. "Ordered my usual an get this as cheese, unsure what the hell is in them! Tried to call the location an was hung up on 2 times while waiting to talk to the manager! Did a online order, was not gonna waste gas going there for this abomination if a order!!!"
"What happened? This used to be a good place to eat. Waited forever after being seated (they were not busy and had plenty of staff) then they got the drink order wrong. Ordered a large with pepperoni and banana pepper with extra sauce. What we got looked like it had been dropped and had little to no sauce and missing cheese and toppings. After trying to flag down a server, we finally asked for a manager. It took a minimum of 10 minutes for the manager to arrive. He did take the pizza off the bill, but we waited another 10 minutes until we were tired of waiting. I had to go to the counter to get my bill. The nice person at the register didn't even bother to get the manager - it was obvious that he had much better things to do than have a happy customer. I worked at a pizza place in high school. I understand it's hard to find good help today. But they were NOT busy (wonder why?) and I would have never thought of serving such low quality and service. The old owners of Pizza Hut in this area would be ashamed. I won't be back..."
