"Bait and switch! I selected a used washing machine in the store, but a different (rusty, older) washer was delivered. After my protest, a newer model was delivered, but that one failed to wash even one load before malfunctioning. The salesman took my daily calls, but I'm still sitting here with a broken washer full of water and clothes, several days after my cash purchase. Risky business!!! Better Business Bureau notified."

"This is my SECOND time buying faulty appliances from this place! The first time it was an electric LG dryer that started acting wonky after 30days.. they were supposed to get somebody to come check it out NEVER DID. I wind up moving so I got rid of the set… this new set is MAYTAG CENTENNIAL && I just got it in January so a full year has NOT even passed &’ the washing machine has WENT OUT! I’ve been calling for weeks and getting the run around on the guy coming to check out the washer! I was just told 8/31 that the guy was going to come 9/1 && still NOONE CALLED OR CAME (& it’s $65 for them to even come check it out so it’s not like their time isn’t being compensated ) I’ve been calling calling and calling… oh && the lady I talked to 8/31 admitting told me it looked like she forgot to write my info down but she remembered me previously calling!! I would NOT recommend && I will NOT be getting anymore used appliances from them!! Also they can only fix “certain@ brands yet they sale them all after fixing them? That doesn’t make sense but OKAY.. STRAY AWAY from this place you will be replacing the appliances sooner then later! May as well buy NEW"
"If I could rate this place a 0 star I would we specifically ordered a dryer they delivered a washer. The drivers get to our house and we told them the order was wrong they were super unprofessional swearing and mad at us for a mistake their own boss made. I called back and reordered and the no called no showed the next day. I guess this company doesn't want to sell any of their inventory? It makes no sense."
"We have bought appliances here and have encouraged your children to do so too. Everything we bought has been clean and very functional. They also delivered and carried the washer and dryer up the stairs to our apartment laundry room. Great people."
