"The old guy that was behind the counter was very rude to my girlfriend. I sent my girlfriend to get an OOZE pen and a box of swishers. The old guy was extremely rude to her and made her feel stupid. He called her difficult when she was just trying to get a pen, which are behind a glass case. The entire time he kept laughing and joking to someone else. He also sold her an OOZE pen and didn't give her a charger with it. She was also overcharged for said pen. He charged her $15 for a $10 pen, if that. And the entire time he was smiling at the other guy making jokes. I have been a customer for 4 years and have spent a lot of money at Moe's. I have also referred countless people. This isn't what the norm is. The older guy needs to get fired. I have had nothing but positive experiences with every employee, besides this one."
"I’m not a fan at all. Quite the contrary, always rude and completely uninterested. A new line Ruff Puff came in, sold out and he blamed the company. It was an excellent vape and he lied about the company saying they never came back. They did. So he lied to me and lied to the company and couldn’t care less that WE THE CUSTOMERS WANT THEM. So again, couldn’t care less about our business. There are better local owners that appreciate our hard earned money.. I won’t be back. My money doesn’t Matter to him."
