"AVOID THIS PLACE. I had an awful experience here, which was sad because I grew up going here when it was under original ownership. There were no prices on any of the items from wine to snacks to bottles of water. When I inquired about this, the employee told me “it’s because the prices always change”. Odd, but okay. When the cashier was ringing me out, despite there being a screen for prices, it was blank. I asked, why are the prices not shown. He told me the price would be on the receipt AFTER I PAID. When I told him people do like to know prices for what they are buying, I was told “if you don’t like it, don’t shop here”. I told him that was fine and asked for a refund and was told he was not able to do refunds and I could “talk to the owner on Monday”. I’ve never shopped in a store like this. The lack of customer service was shocking. The individuals here simply do not care about their customers or conducting business in a proper manner. AVOID THIS PLACE! I’d give it zero stars if I could."

"The selection of liquors is very small and the staff is all of Indian descent with fair English and extremely strong accents , that makes communication difficult at times. I also have been very disappointed in the staff's lack of knowledge regarding wine's and spirits. I have found a better selection and customer service at the state liquor store in the giant eagle on chagrin."
