"I bought a used refrigerator there. The prices were reasonable, and it came with a warranty. The fridge started having some issues, and they replaced it right away with a better than than I had gotten (and the one I got was nice). Ron was super nice, and if I ever need anything again, that's where I'll go."

"I called first to check on availability and prices. I got a truck to pick up a good used refrigerator. When I got there , every refrigerator was very dirty. Plus the prices were a lot higher than quoted earlier over the phone. A used chest type freezer from them was actually $50 more than brand new one from Menards. I got out of that place and went to Menards. Got a brand new freezer for 50 less and a 11 percent rebate check . If you donate to this place . Keep in mind if your appliances do work properly. Post it for free to a neighbor or friend. I seen better equipment at the scrap yard."

"I had bought a used hot water tank at that store and I asked the person that sold it to me was it ok and do it work and he said yes I bought it and was delivered to my home I had it installed and found out it didn’t work the tank was busted water was leaking out I I call them to let them no and requested a refund but the seller said exchange only now you sold me a busted hot water tank now why would I want to exchange it for another one I will never go there again I went and bought a new one I want my money back"

"We have been dealing with our lanlord and these people. To start our fridge went out in a house we are renting so they got a fridge from United Appliance, the fridge they put in died in less than a month so they bring another one out today and its covered in mold. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Will be filing with the BBB also. Not only the mold but they destroyed the flooring also. EDIT: Received ANOTHER replacement fridge from these con artists and this is what we received. Plenty of more pictures also."
