"I have a tire on the van that has a side wall bulge and is unsafe. I call ahead of time, explain and discuss getting two new tires to be placed on the rear and the newer rear tire to be placed on the front to replace a worn tire. Was told no problem, $87 a tire. I arrive for my appt and the service advisor declines to do the work unless I buy 3 new tires because they feel it's unsafe. Yet she was ok with me driving on the tire with the failed sidewall. I will no longer recommend this location to my customers for tires nor will I be renewing my membership."
"Great customer service, the reps are always respectful and explain everything they're doing to your car. They literally only do tires and batteries so their services are limited but they're upfront about it. I think they're kind of understaffed too so they can be quite busy, but if you need basic/normal tire services, they're the place to go. Good prices for tires, batteries, etc."
