"I think when people do good things they should always be acknowledged I had to AutoZone Monday, October 9 around 430 because of my battery dying. I didn’t have the complete change and the gentleman by the name of the Larry Z took care of me and helped me with the remaining balance, and also went out of the way to install the battery even though they don’t have to do that I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful customer service that gave. Thank you Larry Z."
"Went to Walmart on Tusc & 62 to get a bulb replaced on my Mercedes-Benz ML 350 & both stores say they couldn’t do it that I will have to go to Valvoline because my bumper had to get taken off etc. now I originally got the bulb from AutoZone but I went to go take it back because both Walmarts told me it was the wrong bulb anyway. turns out it wasn’t the wrong bulb & the store manager Ty not only replaced it for me, but he refused to take any payment for it. Long story short you need help with your car. Minor problems like a bulb change. A battery change go to AutoZone on Mahoning & ask for Ty."
