"We paid online for installation of four brand new tires and had an appointment to get them done and after they were finished we had to pay a second time for installation which made no sense at all and were unaware of having to do so. Very upset"

"I noticed a screw in my tire on Saturday a little before 5pm. I went to Mr. Tire on Main St. and they we booked through the next day. I called a few other locations and sister stores and no body could get me in. Finally I called the Mr. Tire on Fulton road and spoke to the assistant manager, Zach. He was able to get me in immediately. He met me in the parking lot, ready to take my car into the shop. I showed him the screw and mentioned that I thought another tire possibly had a slow leak. After taking my car, they determined that the screw punctured my tire in a location that was not repairable and they needed to replace that tire. The other tire did have a slow leak, it had a small sliver of metal, shorter than the width of a quarter. Zach brought it to show my husband and I and we were shocked that he even found it. I am amazed at the level of service provided by Zach and his service technician that were there Saturday. The speed of the service was outstanding. I have never had such a great experience having any maintenance done on my vehicle. 10/10, I would give over 5 stars if possible."
