"Let me start with as a woman I hate going or dealing with dealerships because I tend to be talked down to or like I’m dumb and have had instances where people try to take advantage of me due to an assumption of my lack of knowledge on cars since I am a female. I was dreading having my car go to a dealership because of this. But to my surprise MEARS gave me the exact opposite experience! I unfortunately (not on their part but mine) had two different experiences with MEARS in the same week. My 21 rogue car had a battery partially died from being drained from a recall on the computer chip in the car that was draining the battery. I purchased my vehicle from another dealership in July and Nissan did not contact me about the recall. MEARS was quick to recharge my battery and had it ready to be picked up with in 24 hours. Then later on that week my check engine light came on. They were yet again very quick and attentive to diagnosing the problem. Plus they were above satisfactory when it came to communicating with me. They let me know what was going on with my vehicle throughout the entire process. Turned out it was my radiator shutters not opening. They managed to fix it under warranty! On top of all of that they went out of their way to give me a ride home from the dealership when they were working on my vehicle the second time. They had this problem fixed again with in 24 hours. I have no complaints when it comes to mears they are fast, precise, and had great communication about the diagnosis of my vehicle and its status throughout it getting fixed. They go over and beyond for their customers. Which I appreciated as a nursing student that is in their last semester spending multiple hours in an ED and working. I worked mostly with Don and he was fantastic."

"Mears Nissan service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and upfront in their handling of auto repairs and maintenance service. Prices are fair and often discounts are available on line. Overall, a great place to service your car or suv."

"Service was very good. The service manager gave me 15% off total bill. My complaint is that almost every other service provider offers snacks and provides fresh coffee. From what I was told the GM took this away to save a few bucks. Customers do notice little things like this. I told them to invest in a popcorn machine, because customers like to snack while they wait on their cars to be fixed!"
