"Used to be one of my favorite places but going way downhill. Prices went up and service went down. Awkward silence while I was paying so I try to strike up a conversation about "man I remember paying x amount of dollars for this beer, kinda bummed now." Guy behind the counter instantly gets an attitude and puts his hand up as if he's pushing me towards the door and barks at me, "I've got nothing to do with the prices, if you've got an issue call corporate." I just told him I wasn't complaining all I was trying to do is strike up a conversation and told him to have a nice day. I'll spend less money for the same alcohol at a different corporation from now o ."
"Picked up two kegs for my wedding and two taps. Had professional bartenders that said one of the taps and one keg were not working. The next day I took the kegs and taps back and talked to Jeff. He refused to give any money back for the keg that was not able to be used and for the one tap even though that was broken. He said I should have sent a GUEST from my wedding to pick up a new tap (that would have been an hour round trip). I'd think twice before considering them if you want honest, reliable service."
