"We called ahead to see if they could help us fix our tire as we had just run over a screw or bolt. however, on the phone, they were awesome and said sure, come om in. Well we get there and a guy comes out talks to my husband we go out he takes a look at it and says we'll we can not plug this tire as it has dry rot on it and has too much wear and tear. But you really don't want to buy a tire from us as it will cost 200.00. Well, we took our car to NTB just down the road. They said the opposite and had our car ready within 30 to 45 mins, not a problem what so ever. We even told them what the other guy said they looked at it and just shook his head. Needless to say, there was absolutely no dry rot, and the treading on the tire was and was just fine. Would not recommend going here unless it's the last and only place that has your size of tire."
"Great staff especially the manager he was very attentive and answered all my questions I felt very welcome as soon as I stepped into the building. I also noticed that the manager rolled his sleeves up and got his hands dirty helping out the techs you don’t see that much these days and I have a enormous amount of respect for managers of his caliber they are a dying breed. They are leaders that lead from the front NOT the back. He has my loyal business from here on and I will be sending my friends and family his way I will send them to him not the establishment, HE has business I should say where ever he is."
"I went through 3 sets of replacement tires in the total of 3 months. Tires are low-quality but they have Excellent customer service and other services. It's still a convenient means to get tires."
"I had a absolutely great experience! I tired from them couple months back. I accidentally broke my tire valve and on the air came out of my tire. The next day they fixed me all up and I was in and out! They even fixed my spare tire for me! Super super nice guys that work there!"
"This is a great shop! The staff is very polite and friendly. I needed a tire swapped from a damaged rim on my vehicle to a good rim I brought with me. James and the staff were great! The tire was swapped in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!"
