"Tire discounters- home of the Free Vibration! I have bought several sets of tires from the Hamilton Ohio location in the past and have always had good experiences until the most recent set. Bought a set of coopers for my wife’s chevy traverse. After leaving I felt/heard a vibration in one of the front tires between 56-59mph, I instantly turned around and took it back where they test drove it and said they also heard it but that I would need to bring it back Saturday and drop it off so they could squeeze it it. I understand busy schedules so was fine with that, after it sat there all day they finally called and said they “rebalanced them and could no longer hear the sound”. They had a great attitude at first saying if they couldn’t figure it out they were even willing to replace the tires as it could be a possible defect with one, after driving it I can still/feel the vibration the only difference now it’s in the back. So their remedy to get me out the door was to put it on the back and hope that I wouldn’t notice it. If I pay $1,000 plus for a set of tires I don’t want to leave with a new vibration and no remedy for it. If you’re going to sell tires you should stand behind a faulty one, not just give me the run around, rotate them, and hope I don’t hear it. I thought maybe it would go away after a few weeks thinking it was just maybe something with being new but it’s not getting any better and I don’t have time to keep dropping our family vehicle off for them to keep pulling straws and hope they get it! Replace the tires that you sold me! Moral of story is they’ll talk a big game to sell you tires but tuck their tail when it comes to standing behind a product."

"A big shout out to Dustin Hatcher and his crew at the Hamilton Ohio west side tire discounters I had business to attend to in Hamilton then my alternator went out and I live in Kentucky pulled into the shop they diagnostic and told him the situation I was in less Than three hours I was back on the road I would recommend all the locals stop by and see Dustin I am very well pleased with the service a bunch of great guys keep up the good work"

"I do NOT recommend this place at all. While I will say at face value the people there are friendly, they will do anything to make their buck. They claim they did not do a basic check of suspension or undercarriage on my vehicle until it was on the alignment rack after mount and balance of the new tires to the rims, which was the point that they let me aware that I had a subframe issue and took me to show me it then played it down like it wasn't a big deal. I know a little about cars, but not enough to have known without having a reputable shop look at my car afterwards and determine it is unsafe to drive. Tire discounters should have refused service upon an initial check or offered to put my old tires on right then had they really not noticed rather than play it down like it's not a big deal and tell me to come back for them to complete alignment after repairs I want to know who to speak with about a full refund as I am extremely lucky that this seriously downplayed issue that could have caused fatality was overlooked and then grossly underplayed by the staff. Who still have argued with me about them doing their job to a T. I guess as long as the tires are sold the jobs done and it doesn't matter that you've sent a single mom on her way with a critical failure waiting to happen."

"I have came here for a while now Dustin and his crew treat me like family take care of my issues in a timely manner and is willing to do what he can to satisfy my needs Jake is very good let's me know any issues I may not been aware of and is good about getting a quote together for me"

"Very friendly employees. Up front about costs and timelines. Came on a busy day and did wait a while but they were honest about it being a wait. Rest room available and free coffee in the waiting area also a drinking fountain. Seems to be a lot of tires and wheels in stock. Operating hours are good for working folks. Small battery selection. Standard oil change options. Small wind shield wiper options."
