"Very disappointed the jowel bacon I purchase on Friday on the 26, 2024 three lbs of bacon on separate tray. I freeze my Bacons. I took one out Saturday cook it then later on ate some Saturday evening my daughter look at my Bacon and said your bacon the skin part is molded. I ate some mold bacon the other two trays had mold as well when I took it out the freezer to see, you telling me $15.77 worth of mold bacon. They close on Monday. I just hope once I unthaw my other meat to cook for my family don't have a funny smell, $97 worth of meat and my Bacon had mold."

"I was recommended here after the stockyard close in the Detroit area and was excited to go. We went there on Saturday morning The smell was horrible. Its smells like the meat wasn't to temperature. I wasn't sure why people was lined against the wall and I wasn't' sure why people had to get a ticket like it's the welfare line but you do. I looked at my bf and he said I have no much to say and we walked out."
"Today was my first time there thanks to recommendation of a friend. As soon as step in you get a sense of community; they know their patrons! They had a large selection of all types of meat and cut it for you right there. I was even more impressed by the honesty of the customers! I left my wallet behind and someone turned it in to the staff behind the counter. When I returned to pick it up I was immediately recognized and we had a good laugh. I will definitely be back!!!"
