"Balancing two tires. Not complicated. But they managed to mess it up. I brought a pair of new tires purchased from Walmart, to be mounted. I was watching through the customer area, and saw the a wheel jumping around on the balancing machine. I asked the mechanic what had happened, and he said he put the wrong clamp on the wheel. I wasn't surprised when I realized that the tire was out of balance. Just for safe measure, I had the car aligned first, and it's still doing the bouncing. This tells me that the balancing was done incorrectly, and possibly even the machine was damaged by the man using the wrong hub on the previous car."

"I had low air and since I bought at Walmart I took it in and had it checked out. The mechanic checked the tires and aired up all of them. He said the pressure were all low because of the weather. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite and told me to come back if I had any other issues."

"Lead person/ mng. Complete moron . RUN FROM THIS PLACE! They will waste your time dodging work on a simple Tire job . I drove across the street had my tires installed correctly in a hour . WAL MART Should just board this auto center up , read all the past reviews .."

"They did not honor my tire’s roadside hazard warranty I purchased as the contract stated. This tire should have lasted me at least another year or two at the rate the tread was wearing. But they said the warranty would only cover 15% of the price of cheap a new tire. This was on a sidewall puncture that clearly should have been covered. I went to this location because the internet made it seem like they had the size I needed in stock. But they did not, and it took almost 2 hours of my waiting, for them to recognize it. They put my car on a lift without checking. They told me my car is leaking brake fluid when it is definitely not leaking brake fluid. Gaslighting me to try for extra service. Why did I ever take my vehicle here? A huge waste of time."
