"Unprofessional agents. Not only when speaking to their customers, but they can't even follow through on what you need them to do. For instance I requested they cancel a policy for me in February, I did the paperwork and come to find out that it was never submitted to the insurance company by the agency.Now I have to call the insurance company to get my money back for 8 months of insurance that I should have never paid for. Thanks Lakeshore,at every turn you've made my life more difficult."
