"My first time here - overall a good experience. They completed the repair in one day as I hoped. In addition to patching the tire, they also replaced the lug nuts. In my decades of driving, I never had to to do this, so I'm a little unsure this was truly necessary. In fairness, the day before the tire had an issue, and some friends helped remove the tire and they may have damaged the lug nuts. The owner was polite, but he is very rushed to get your car and assess the problem. I found his demeanor to be humorous and it did not bother me at all. However, he was telling us "Hurry up" and "Let's get going" to usher us along. I thought it was fine, but someone may find it off-putting. Don't let that sway you, he's cool."

"Terry is the epitome of a hardworking American! Not what you’d call warm and fuzzy, well kinda fuzzy, but very knowledgeable and efficient. I see some of these reviews about him being gruff but, personally, we went in for a tire not emotional support. We will do business here as long as he’s around!"
