"I had a long review but I'd hate to make it all about the employees. Managment is just responsible how their store runs. A simple greeting when you walk in the door should be the 1st thing. You wouldn't have a business if it was not for the customers. The skinny blond hair girl who seems to be running the place needs to be trained on how to talk , act to customers and if she's training a new employee, she shouldn't say things like, .you look different today then yesterday. Crying ? Oh I'm sorry I shouldn't assume. Your wearing too much makeup maybe that's why. I felt so uncomfortable for the new employee as I'm going through the oils. The whole experience was uncomfortable. Not only how she treated the new employee but making a customer feel like they are bothering them . The way she spoke to you and acted it seemed she was way to relaxed and life is pretty all the time. Whatever she's on , start advertising that . Smh Seriously will not be back and would not recommend. This wasn't like this over a yr ago when I 1st came in."
